Jacques Bermon Webster II, born April 30 1991, is more commonly popularly known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott) is the American artist, singer, and songwriter. The stage name he uses is a tribute to the name of a favorite uncle combined with the first name of one of his heroes, Kid Cudi (whose real name is Scott Mescudi).In 2012, Scott signed his first major label contract with Epic Records and a publishing agreement with Kanye West's GOOD Music. He signed a recording contract with Epic Records and T.I. in April of 2013. Then, he launched his Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's debut full-length album, Owl Pharaoh (1983), was self-released. The mixtape was followed by Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was the debut album of his studio. The single that became his biggest hit, "Antidote", was featured on it. His second album called Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first number one album on the Billboard 200. Scott's second album, called Birds in the Trap: Sing McKnight (2016) was an album that was a collaboration with Quavo. It was titled Huncho Jack Huncho and featured his debut Billboard Hot 100 single, "Sicko Mode" which featured Drake. Scott's Cactus Jack Records album JackBoys debut on the Billboard 200 in late 2019. Following the release of his single "Franchise" (featuring Young Thug and M.I.A.) in the year 2020, Scott became the first artist on the Hot 100 to have three songs hit the top spot within a mere year.
