Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born on October 4, 1979 was an American actress. She has appeared in the Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the TV show Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice as well as Robot Chicken's and She's all That (1999) as well as She's All That (1998). The series began with the English version of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Leigh Cook was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a social worker, who was also a stand-up comedian and JoAnn Cook, who is a cooking teacher and weaver. She is of part-Italian descent. Cook first appeared in an announcement of public service for foster care at the age of seven of age. She then began her career as a child print model when she was 10, appearing in nationwide ads for Target as well as appearing on milk-bone dog biscuit boxes. She attended Clara Barton Open School. Laurel Springs School. And Minneapolis South High School.
